The support at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. The kindest woman helped us switch rooms because the noise from the HVAC in our first room was too loud. She was gracious and accommodating, helping us find local restaurants and welcoming us to the area.

My father passed away and we were there for his funeral. They left us a beautiful floral arrangement and condolence card with drink vouchers. We were extremely touched by their thoughtfulness.
